Badaguish at Aviemore
Refuel 2026 – We’re heading to Aviemore!
New for 2026, we’re extending our tent pegs to Aviemore! Our new home for one year only, Badaguish sits in the heart of Glenmore Forest Park, on the edge of the Cairngorm Mountains, in the scenic Scottish Highlands. Covering 16.8 acres of land, Badaguish is surrounded by towering pine forests and breathtaking mountain views offering wide open spaces for games and activities, woodland trails to explore, as well as the stunning Loch Morlich just a short walk away.
Originally a small 19th century farm, Badaguish was developed in the mid-1980s by Highland Council into an outdoor education centre. Since 2011, it has been owned and managed by the Speyside Trust, a charity dedicated to promoting inclusive access to outdoor activities for people with disabilities and support needs.
We can’t wait to bring Refuel to Badaguish! So! Get ready for teachings, seminars, campfire worship, family and 5 unforgettable days of being surrounded by the beauty of God’s creation in Church unity.
And if you’re keen to explore beyond the site, Aviemore is just 6 miles away – a vibrant Highland town packed with cafes, restaurants and pubs offering everything from traditional Highland fare and modern cuisine. Keep scrolling to explore what family activities Aviemore has to offer during the festival week!
