Where can I book my Tickets?

All of our ticket booking is being managed through our website book online now.

If you require assistance please contact our Refuel Team either via email refuel@thefillingstation.org.uk  or you can call the team on 01343 610230[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is the new Gift Aid Admission and how does it work?”]New for 2020, Refuel is offering any of our UK tax paying delegates the option of a voluntary gift aid-able ticket, this will allow access to Refuel for the week as well as free camping and includes a 10% donation to Refuel.

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be used on this ticket.  If you have prepaid part of your ticket whilst at Refuel19, please contact us at the office on 01343 610230 or by email at refuel@thefillingstation.org.uk

  • When you purchase an admission ticket, you are given the option to contribute a 10% donation towards Refuel which enables us to reclaim tax paid on your ticket through the Government’s gift aid scheme (Gift Aid).
  • By selecting the option to add Gift Aid when you make a purchase, you confirm to us that you:

(a)      are a UK tax payer and have paid Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for the current tax year (6 April to 5 April inclusive) that is at least equivalent to the amount that you are donating to us;

(b)      understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not apply;

(c)       understand that The Filling Station Refuel will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 donated; and

(d)      acknowledge that the tickets or other Service purchased with Gift Aid are for the benefit of you and members or your family who live at the same address only[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Who is running ReFUEL20?” el_id=”1494496457750-e6bba887-91d4″]Refuel20 is the Scottish Family Summer Conference being presented by The Filling Station Trust in Scotland. The Filling Station Trust (TFS) is a network of gatherings all over the UK who meet monthly and welcome folks from all churches and none.
Over 4500 people meet in this way and in over 80 places all over the UK and with several now in Europe, South Africa and USA.

There are still B&B’s and larger self catering houses available in Fochabers but as the event draws nearer, one might have to go further afield to wonderful wee fishing ports further afield such as Portgordon, Portessie, Spey Bay, Hopeman, Lossiemouth etc. These places are within 20 mins of the event site.There is also a great Premier Inn on the outskirts of Elgin which makes driving to and from site very easy indeed.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Are there discounts for groups, low income, students and concessions etc?” el_id=”1494496553726-8c1dbb10-0cd3″]Yes indeed!…there are various discounts available for individuals, churches, areas and special groups and also a GROUP10 discount for teams of ten or more. If your church or town would like its own discount code – please get in touch and we will do something for you![/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Will there be activities for young adults?” el_id=”1494496613239-131bcf1d-3079″]As always at these events we are never sure of how many young adults (ie 18-25) are coming. Once we know more in this regard, we will make space and provision accordingly[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Will there be activities in the afternoon?” el_id=”1494496636306-82b75f50-c709″]The afternoon seminar sessions finish at 16.30 and the rest of the time until supper and the evening session is free. There will be details of excursions available and also on site activities.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can we access the campsite by car?” el_id=”1494496651390-206742dc-d71b”]The campsite is next to the car park. Vehicles will not be able to be driven on the campsite iteself. Assistance will be on hand to help with getting gear and equipment from the car park to the camp site.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Will the campsite have water hook up?” el_id=”1494496671948-3e23e9e6-c77c”]Drinking water will be available as will water for washing up etc. Only a power hook up is available for the caravan and motor home area.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Will wifi be available throughout the site?” el_id=”1494496697249-3a5d9b5a-0d73″]3G and 4G network is available throughout the site and certain hotspots will be made available. Ticket & Information will have charging areas which will be free of charge.  A full list of charging locations will be available at the Information/Ticket Pod.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Are there disabled facilities, assistance with mobility, signing for the deaf etc?” el_id=”1494496718818-bb570c78-b18a”]Being an outdoor event, we will do everything we can to ensure that the site is as accessible as possible. To welcome dogs at an event like this is a somewhat brave move so we are hoping and praying that everyone will be very careful and act responsibly in all respects…then we can do the same next year![/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can non-delegates camp with me or stay in the caravan/motorhome etc?” el_id=”1490119661081-36574f28-22ba”]Yes they can. Camping is Free for 2020, non-delegates can camp for free with a delegate and needn’t pay a delegate fee if they have no intention of attending the event itself.[/vc_toggle][/trx_section][/vc_column][/vc_row]
