Refuel26 – Team Members Information
Welcome to the Refuel Team!
We’re so excited that you’re interested in joining the Refuel26 Team. Each year, it takes an incredible group of volunteers—people like you—using their gifts and skills to make this event happen. Whether you’re returning or joining us for the first time, we’re delighted to have you on board!
Volunteering is an amazing opportunity to get equipped, learn new skills, serve others, and experience the joy that comes from being part of something bigger. You can choose which team you’d like to serve with—there’s a wide variety to suit different skills and interests.
How the Teams Work
Each team has a Team Leader who organises the work, creates a rota, and communicates updates. Teams are dynamic—some tasks are regular and planned, while others may arise unexpectedly. Flexibility and a positive attitude are key! Our priority is that everyone stays safe and has a great time. It’s your “can-do” spirit that makes Refuel such a success.
While serving may take up much of your time, you’re free to attend seminars, celebrations, and evening entertainment whenever you’re not on duty.
Daily team briefings will be held, and your Team Leader will let you know when to attend.
